You should take a look LLBLGen Pro. I have been using it for some time and on enteprise application...it just does what it says on the tin.

Do not forget the Open Source project NHibernate. Originally ported from Hibernate framework which is no. 1 in Java's world. NHibernate was project of the month of SourceForge.net last month and is being developed professionaly by JBoss company. Lots of excellent documentation is available.
